Product Description

Cold Therapy

Put the Ice Pack in a freezer bag first and place it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. If it feels too cold when wearing, please reduce the freezing time appropriately to avoid frostbite.

Heat therapy

Remove from any plastic bag Make sure the Ice Pack is at room temperature then microwave for 45~50 seconds, if more heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments, if it feels hot, allow to cool for a few minutes before using
