Standard shipping is €24.99. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

After processing (1–3 business days), estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 7–15 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?

We're so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
